Power Vinyasa flow yoga is a mordern, powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This flow offers strength, flexibility, concentration, breath work and often meditation. In Vinyasa styles of yoga, the poses are smoothly connected  very much like a dance so that you flow from one asana into the next. Power Vinyasa flow practice makes you strong and flexible, relaxes and calms your mind, helps you to maintain emotional stability.

️🍑Inferno Hot Pilates is a High Intensity Interval Training using Pilates principles.  HIIP optimizes your workout time by utilizing a series of short, high-intensity intervals, followed by longer, low-intensity interval. Which is the quickest way to burn fat and gain or maintain muscle.  It is ideal for busy people. It helps to keep your heart healthier and increase metabolism.

🧘‍♀️Yin Yoga is a soft, quiet and receptive style of yoga that improves pliancy and flexibility in the joints and connective tissues (fascia). A regular yin yoga practice  will lead to increased grace and fluidity whilst moving the body and increase ease & comfort whilst sitting still. A yin practice is a great place for mind-training, including contemplation visualisation, investigation and open awareness. A yin practice actives the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS-rest and digest) helping to reduce stress and tension physically, mentally and emotionally.

A combination class is normally about 40 mins Pilates express and 50 mins Yin yoga (or with yoga wheel / yoga loop) practice, it is a totally 90 mins class in Saturday morning.

️Please contact Li 0421130885 if you have any issues about your joints, hips, shoulders, blood pressure etc before you start to practice. We hope you have a safe and comfortable practice during each session.

️Please find the link before each session and always check the timetable to attend  the class as much as you can.

Thank you.
